The production is brought to life with the ‘Blue Moon Girls’ and the ‘Legacy Show Band’ both all girl imitation bands, backed by the ‘Modernaires’ (Tribute to the Jordanaires) and the ‘JD Nashvilles’ (Tribute to Elvis male backing singers)
The Elvis legacy takes you through Elvis life from the early 50’s, through the GI years packed with movie hits, the 1968 comeback, and finally the Early Vegas years, packed with Elvis’ greatest hits and much more. Mark has worked with members of the Presley family, appeared with many of Elvis’ original band, close friends of Elvis and members of the Memphis Mafia. At the age of 26 he performs all era’s of Elvis. The Vegas show girls as seen on Hollyoakes, BBC ‘The One Show’ with ‘Bette Midler’ and ITV will be appearing alongside the ‘American Dolls’ top dance group from the USA, these beautiful girls really bring Elvis back up to date, carefully choreographed by Emma Ashman and Kathryn Hemmings.
From the USA we have a special guest on tour in 2010, Larry Geller; Elvis’ personal hairdresser, Close friend and member of the Memphis mafia. Larry was with Elvis from 1964 – 1977 styling his hair in Hollywood for a large selection of Elvis’ hit movies; he acted as Elvis’ spiritual mentor. Elvis had a close connection to Larry which lead to a life long friendship that Larry still holds strong today, Larry toured with Elvis through out the 70’s he finally styled Elvis’ hair for the last time in the coffin!
